Miss Universe
Ok, I don't usually write anything and content in reading other people's blog. But I was at the Filipino Store this afternoon and innocently asked this patron as to her opinion. She then went into a rampage about how Miss Philippines was cheated by Miss USA. Excuse me but I don't think it was the lady's fault to be chosen by the judges. All the contestant deserved to be crowned Miss Universe but unfortunately, only one can hold the title. I am not a judge nor is the pageantry a popularity contest where you get to call in your votes. Those judges have a set of rules that needs to be followed for them to make their choices. Somehow they found Miss USA worthy of the title not Miss Philippines. This patron went on saying that US is often cheating the Philippines and sited the Pacquio fight against Mayweather. No matter how I try to explain I know I'll be wasting my breath and energy for she had convince herself of the unfairness of it all. I only have to shake my head on her ignorance and how it feeds her stupidity. If you feel that you are being cheated by your host country then go back to where to came from. We don't need your bias and unpatriotic ass here.
